Vanilla Beans come in 4 grades. We bring to market 3 grades. Below is an explination of the grading process:

Grade A and B and Grade A-SL (which is Grade A super long )

Grade A = 7" long and plump 

Grade A-SL= 7 + inches long premium, plump 

Grade B = 6" long not as plump
